[vlc] VLC Monochrome Icon and Default Skin

I would like to know I I can get the source for this[1] monochrome icon. It
is used for sting of themes. I want to use it to create a new tray icon for
Ubuntu. I will give full credit to the designer of this icon. It would also
be useful to know where the tray icon is stored on the hard drive.
