[vlc] Bad support service for VLC...

Dear Messrs:
More than a week ago I sent to you a mail in which I expounded the fact that the VLC program I have installed in my computer doesnt play any disks (CD's or DVD's) because when you try to open the disc in order to play it it automatically issues an error message THAT VLC IS INCAPABLE OF OPENING THE MRL... SO IT DOESNT TAKE ANY NOTICE OF THE DISC THAT IS INSERTED IN MY COMPUTER PLAYER (while the other players I have installed take immediate notice of it and appear in a service listing which pops up when you insert a disc).The players I have installed are Windows Media Player,Nero Show and KMD.
Until today,in the moment I'm writing this mail I havent recieved any answer of my previous one(date:28/04).Is this the kind of support service you give to your users?.It seems that your service is a lousy one.You act as irresponsible schoolboys instead of acting as an organized company which I think is VIDEOLAN.Its quite a pity.
I WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH VLC AND WHY DO I HAVE A DEFECTIVE PROGRAM.
Until now I have installed VLC for three years and up to today I couldnt play a single disk using it.
