[vlc] queries on error messages on VLC player

Hi,

I'm doing live RTSP streaming using VLC but when each time i do a streaming, i get a grey screen. I tried on version 1.0.3 and 0.8.6 and both won't work. i keep getting the following error message. Can anyone explain what does it means? thanks
