[vlc] videocake á la torrent

I have what may be construed as a silly suggestion/question:

all these torrents floating around with bad sound and different hard  
and soft subs... What if one could find a decent image copy, and then  
locate the language of choice? AND play them simultanously... OR join  
them?! Is it reasonably possible - taking into account framerate etc?

videocake; take

1 image file, universal
1 sound file, local language
+ maybe add 1 sub file, if original language, to add flavour.
