[vlc] M2ts subtitles

Yes there is, subtitles in MP2TS are streamed as DVB subtitles, it
means streamed as metadata in graphic format, nor as txt.
If you are looking into VLC for a codec able to deal with this, "dvbsub" is
the choice.
