[vlc] VLC media player issue

Gentlemen,

 

Your product is great!  I have used the product for several years and really
appreciate using version 1.0.5 but following a recent computer upgrade (XP)
found that when the snapshot function is used, the program immediately
crashes and disappears.   On further checking,  I found that it also does
this on a second PC (XP) that I am running.

 

Is this an issue with the program or is it more likely a conflict with the
other software on my machines?
