[vlc] VP8 / WebMedia video support ?

For what it seems, usual MAtrioska playing route can be reused for this,  
maybe as is maybe with some minor changes

The only thing needed is added VP8 support -

Still there is no WebMedia/VP8 player for windows, will you be the 1st ?
