[vlc] Reg. VLC player support ( mobile phone support )

Hi Team,

I'm Sivakumar from India and lover of VLC player. You team have did
excellent work and VLC is supporting in most OS's. I hope you can
extend this project to mobile phones that operates with Windows OS,
Linux OS, Android, RTOS, etc. VLC is open source so you can easily
partner with the mobile phone manufacturers / mobile OS developers.
I'm expecting soon VLC on mobile phones / cell phones.
