[vlc] VLC Player Rewind

Hi,

	the rewind button/shortcut does not work when playing a  
TransportStream (.ts) File.

Additional, the Rewind and Forward button/shortcut does not work for  
several video formats. I haven't checked them all and didn't checked  
audio formats. Maybe this is for all formats.

Please fix it.
