[vlc] HELP for VLC 1.1.4

I'm working on the packaging of VLC 1.1.4 and i want to know how to disable
the window of privacy and network policies when VLC is opened for the first
time.

Are they some registry key that i can modify to disable this window?

Somenone can help me quickly?
