[vlc] VLC player for Android 1.6

There is no such platform. Each phone has it's own processor, it's own  
videocard, etc.

Even rather simpe apications, like barcode scanner, cannot rest in  
hardware-isolated Java virtual machine and need to dive to rea hardware  
processor. So it works on some phones, that developers had in handsa and  
could make low-level native code for, and crashes on another phones where  
processor is different.

VLC is much more demanding program and would need heav interaction with  
phones' processors and video DSPs.

That would require VLC team to have a large set of phones and make  
custom-tailored VLC modules for every of those.
That is large work, while VLC team barely has enough resources for usual  
Windows version.

You'd better find bunch of Android fans who would take VLC sources and  
move them to their phone models with help of VLC team. That would have  
more chances to look for such people on Android forums.
