[vlc] problem playing ts file

Hello 

I am trying to play the ts file which I have recorded using the stream
expert software (from DekTec) which is PCR corrected and plays successfully
in StreamExpert, but didn't play in the vlc .

I have the latest version of vlc (1.4.1) installed and I am using windows xp
and windows 7 OS.
