[vlc] Problem in using version 1.1.4

Dear Sir

Till version 1.0 I was using the attached screen, but in version 1.1.4 I do
not see this screen and am unable to view TV progrsmmes. The attached
screen's number udp://225.225.225.31:2001 represent the famous 'Star Utsav'
channel very popular in India. Would you please guide me how to use these
settings in version 1.1.4 of VLC player
