[vlc] Play playlist at increased speed

When VLC moves from one file in the playlist to another, the playback
speed is returned to 1x. What must the user set to keep the speed
constant across files?

For instance, if the user has 1.avi and 2.avi in the playlist (in that
order) and while watching 1.avi he sets the speed to 1.5x, what3 must
be set such that when VLC switches to 2.avi the speed will remain at
1.5x?
