[vlc] Feature Request

Deal VLC Developers,

Is there a way or an added feature to get the Mouse Wheel to zoom and un-zoom the video?  Currently it can only be set to Volume and Scrubbing.    Adding this feature would probably make me switch from BSPlayer  :)

Also, is there a way to make the “Repeat” always on after closing?
