[vlc] Error when http streaming

Yes, I'm still using the same command to stream.
It seems to be a socket error? from the output lines:

[0x8f16220] main access out error: socket bind error (Permission denied)
[0x8f16220] main access out error: cannot create socket(s) for HTTP host

Anyway, never mind. Thanks a lot again.
