Hello.

I'm sorry to bother you, but I can not find an answer to my problem by natural means.

I try to create a rpm file to install libdvdcss using the command:
rpm  -ivh  myfile-libdvdcss.rpm

so that the installation should be identical as said in your recommendation given in the INSTALL file:

configure --prefix = / usr
make
make install.

Which installs the file in --> / usr / lib

When I use rpmbuild to makre the rpm file, the files are provided in -> / usr / lib64
I have one more error:
RPM build errors:
     Installed (goal unpackaged) file (s) found:
    / usr/lib64/pkgconfig/libdvdcss.pc
