[vlc] bug-report

VLC--really good-thing, I like it very much. But for the latest version, I have met two bugs.

1,It doesn't work with mediafile with Chinese-characters;I have to open it in advanced mode--arrange it/them in bundle,then open it/them;

2,the time-bar doesn't work well at the end of the play.It's the end of the movie,but it shows the beginning.
Is it possible for you the team to modify them?
