[vlc] Vlc Media Player Installation

I recently downloaded your VLC Media Player v 1.1.5 The Luggage, via the Uberdownloads web site. When it came to installation I met a problem. A window opened requesting me to " Click Accept " in order to continue. THERE WAS NO " Accept Button " to click. Somehow, I don't know how, I managed to install the program. The program works; CD playback is fine but DVD playback is broken; it plays but with intermittent stoppage. I assume this problem is because my PC is rather old and the memory ( 256 ram ) is just not up to the task. No problem for me but I wanted the program for my wife's Notebook which is running Windows 7 Starter.  

For a Christmas present I bought her an external CD/DVD Player which works fine using Windows Media Player but which does nor support ( Because it is Windows Starter )  DVD play back. Your Player appears to be an answer to the problem. Using my wife's Notebook I have endeavoured to download your program and once again, whilst the inital download is ok, I am unable to install the program because there is no " Accept " button to click. I have tried everything. Can you give any advice
