1) Stop using this tool that does not support video codecs, but use a
movie creator that can.

2) Maybe VideoLAN Movie Creator (VLMC) www.vlmc.org is helpful for you?

And if you cannot live without AutoMovieCreator, then:
3) Convert or recreate the AVI into a format that AutoMovieCreator does support.
