[vlc] no Playback of some mp3 Files

Hi Folks of VLC’s great TEAM,

in Relaes 115 an 116  (also nightly file 117)  not all mp3 files i own will
play .... Special the mp3 files from torrent 'The Rolling Stone Magazines
500 Greatest Songs Of All Time' dont play anymore they played fine with 114.


I attached on file not playing. 

Environment: Windows 7 x64 (two Systems Tested, on new installed with all
service Available), Proc: AMD PHx3, Storage: 4 GB, HDD: WD 2TB  .
