[vlc] VLC - primary & secondary subtitles

Dear VLC developers,

I congratulate you on this fine product which is enjoyed by so many people,
including myself.
Let me recommend you one feature I have encountered in PowerDVD.
For educational purposes PowerDVD is able to show two subtitles
simultaneously, a primary and a secondary one.
This is very handy when one wants to learn a language.
Would you kindly consider adding this feature to VLC in the future?
It would raise the popularity of the program even more.
PowerDVD is a resource-hungry and quite expensive program, so that is why
this feature would be welcome to VLC, in my opinion.
