Hello
Hemi-Sync is distributing a media player called Rich Media Player.
Their player is powered by PYPELINE which in turn relies on a distributed version of VLC 0.9.10.0.
What i wonder is whether you are aware of this distribution and if this violates the GPL.
The so-called Rich Media Player is downloadable from the following URL:
http://www.hemi-sync.com/PypelineAbout.htm
There is no acknowledgment in the Rich Media Player license concerning the legal VLC license or the GPL.
Nor is the source for Pypeline and Rich Media Player publicly available.
Kind regards
Peter Herngaard
