[vlc] a problem with your product v1.17

'it plays for a while nd then stops. When i try nd start where it stops it displays these msgs: r unable to playback failure  dvd read could not open "d" and  your input cant be opened:vlc is unable to open the mrl'//d:. Check log. What log? This is weird because it played last night then stopped thats when the priblem began. Your help with this would be greatly appreciated since im homebound due to stroke. Movies are my only outlet  and your product was reccomended as the best. At this juncture im suspect. Plays and stops only avatar. Doesnt recognize any other dvd. Please. Thanks in advance  robert pryor
