[vlc] Fast forward and backwards in audio streams.

Hello!
This swedish stream:
http://sverigesradio.se/api/radio/radio.aspx?type=broadcast&id=3150506&codingformat=.m4a&metafile=asx
Can be played with vlc with no problem.
However i can not fast forwards and backwards within the stream with the 
specified hotkeys.
I can however go to the playback menu and jump forward and backwards and 
this works perfectly for some reason.
Any thoughts on why it acts  this way?
