I found this mailing list.

I'm familiar with mailing lists but was looking for a site where I can

Inject suggestions for changes to VLC
Offer help with problems,
Or ask for help with a problem I'm having.

I did find several unrelated, to VLC support site, sites that offer forums 
for VLC but the consistency
of questions was poor.

Where  are sites that VLC users and programmers actually read and get and 
give help from ?
