[vlc] Toolbar mode for music

Hi,

Just a question.
I use Realplayer in the Toolbar mode for conferences on music. This 
allows me to read my text on screen and play and control the music 
without hiding part of the conference text.
Would there be any possibility to do the same with VLC Player?
