[vlc] vlc stream desktop for windows that is lag

Hi all:

      I had been use vlc http server to stream desktop of windows.

On vlc client receiver the desktop success but the video stream

will lag 3~15 second.

I use H.264(video)+mpeg4(audio) codec.

If you have any information please provide to me, thank you.
