[vlc] UDP Multicast playback does not work in 1.1.9!

Hello,

I am multicasting on the LAN using a PACE streamer. Able to play the
stream using vlc 1.0.3 and gstreamer. Latest version of VLC (1.1.9)
won't work. I disabled the firewall as well just tom make sure. But no
luck.
