[vlc] [videolan] Please help with VLC build

Hello,

Thanks for clarification, i've successfully build v 1.1.9 and 1.1.8, but
both of them have issues, when creating installer and installing the player
the GUI is not opening. Iam using the latest contribs and followed all the
instructions on the build page but still no success.
