[vlc] File cuts off when trying to play

I am trying to play this file
http://www.sendspace.com/file/mniaz2


but it cuts off just before the end, in the middle of the last word. The word is Relativistic
It plays  RE LA TI VI    but misses out  ISTIC.

Yet Windows Media Player plays it fine.
