[vlc] Windows Explorer

There's nothing in Windows known as "the default line".  Do you mean the
context menu?

If so, the simplest way is to uninstall vlc and then reinstall it.  When
you reinstall vlc, be sure to choose *NOT* to use context menus.  You would
have missed that the first time.  The more complex way is to edit the
registry by hand without uninstalling vlc.

If you're not talking about the context menu, then I've no idea what you
mean, and you should express it more clearly.

IMO presence on the Windows context menu really should appear in vlc's
preferences on Windows after installation.
