[vlc] AAC file does not play

i converted music file using audio converter from FreeMake.com (windows  
.Net app)

VLC does not play it:

packetizer_mpeg4audio error: Multiple blocks per frame in ADTS not  
supported
packetizer_mpeg4audio error: latm sub frames not yet supported, please  
send a sample

1) are there plans to make "Multiple blocks per frame" playable ?
All other apps i tried play the file nicely.

2) "send a sample" ? u need it ?
