[vlc] Noise at mp3

Dears,

 

Seems very good the VLC 1.1.11 The Luggage, however after some ripping of an
audio CD Classical music to FLAC or MP3 or even WAV at better quality , i
notice a small noises(like saturation)  when listen the audio files using a
quality Headphone.

 

I thought that was the conversion software but later notice that using
Windows Media Player i had a perfect reproduction, even a MP3 file was nice?

 

What can be this ? The quality of VLC player is so different ?
