[vlc] Bug Report

Hi,

if you load an subtitle as *.srt file and change the change Audio delay
with k & j that has no effect.
If you change the subbtitle on an existing DVD the operation work fine, but
is not needed at this point.
Maybe you can fix the bug on the next release.
