[vlc] Problem with VLC Media Player

This appears to be a Windows error with its sound server.

Try and reinstall windows and see.

This could be a virus problem too, the virus could be taking a lot of cpu,
but the task manager never shows cause your PC is infected. And virus
scanners don't really work.
