[vlc] android, using LibVLC: green stripe in the bottom of videos

Hello,

Using LibVLC (master HEAD), i encounter an issue on some videos:
The video is well displayed, but a small green stripe appears at the 
bottom of it. This does not occur with stock master HEAD VLC though.

I would like to know if somebody encountered the same issue, and thus 
which direction i should look for to resolve it.
