[vlc] I can't receive an udp streaming

Hello 

I have made an stream with UDP but I can't receive it in other pc.
I just can receive the stream in the same pc using udp://@:1234 or udp://@192.168.0.4:1234

When I try to receive the stream in other pc in the same network it stay loading but never play the stream.

For the stream I'm using port 1234 and address 162.168.0.4

What I'm doing wrong or what I have to do?
