[vlc] VLC media player 2.1.0

I tried building on debian and the errors came up during configure step 
in which lots of lua stuff couldn't be found even after lua5.1 and 
lua5.2 were installed and configure run again from a clean source tree.  
I don't know if --disable-lua would handicap the package or to what 
extent so did not proceed to the make step.
