[vlc] VLC and VAAPI on Linux

I have libva-1.3.1 installed and I have rebuilt vlc afterwards.

Gentoo installed this:

/usr/lib64/vlc/plugins/codec/libvaapi_plugin.so

Do I need to select it in vlc config somehow?
