[vlc] Dependence problem in openSUSE repo

VLC will put version with date (libvlc5 and libvlccore7) into the repo of
openSUSE, which make the package manager cannot solve dependence problem.

I STRONGLY recommend VLC remove these version with date from the repo of
openSUSE, or every time I have to solve the problem by hand -- it is really
annoying.
