no jumping?

Hallo.

a short time after I had discovered your terrific viewer, I bought a
new computer with XP. Since then, the function "jump ten seconds"
doesn't work anymore. I have also tried assigning a different hotkey,
but without success. Strangely, jumping one minute does work.
Do you have any idea what that might be?
