[vlmc-devel] VideoLAN Movie Creator for windows

Hi, I am looking for the latest copy of VLMC for windows.
When I visit the site
http://www.videolan.org/vlmc/ 
I can not find a download for the software.
I am running a windows 7 64 bit pc.
I did find a version vlmc-0.2.0.exe at http://people.videolan.org/~jb/vlmc/ , but that version does not seem to be working for me when I try to bring in mts files from my Panasonic Lumix DMC-GH2, it did work with some mp4 and avi files, but not the mts files.
