[vlmc-devel] vlmc uncoupling

Hi,

This is expected, the code.videolan.org repos only allows a reduced set of contributors to push, and forking is disabled to avoid a lot of spam repo to be created.
Please provide me with your gitlab username in private so I can ask an admin to allow you to fork the repo and push there.

You can also just send a patch here (preferably using git format-patch and git send-email)
