[vlmc-devel] Vlmc-devel Digest, Vol 74, Issue 1

I do not believe the source code is too well maintained, I believe this
project is dead, as such I doubt you would have a very good time running it
on Windows 10/11. You're more than welcome to try but I would use 7 as my
target if I were to try this
