   One year and one day after the last release, the VideoLAN team is
happy to announce version 0.2.0 of vlms, the VideoLAN Mini Server. vlms
is a small replacement server for the forthcoming vls (VideoLAN Server).

   Major changes:

     * MPEG 1 support.
     * Lots of stream handling bugfixes.
