Log Message:
. All : simple RTP support for vls (RFC 1889 & RFC 2250)

. Usage : > start program channel input [--rtp] [--loop]

. Should work with fileouput & netoutput (-DBUGGY_VLC flag or not)

. Tested with 'dumpts' from ts-rtp tools (linuxtv.org), and hex dump
    of the stream.

Could not find yet a RTP/TS reader ! So, go for the RTP support
    of vlc !
