Dear Sir
i am facing problems when i am trying to send .mpg or .mpeg files over the
network and get the following errors.

Looping in synch (buffer size =188)
synchronization with PS stream
ASSERT ERROR in ../../mpeg/ps2ts.cpp line 339 (code checked :
(m_bBUFF[START_CODE_LEN] & 0x4))
ASSERT ERROR in ../../mpeg/ps2ts.cpp line 341 (code checked :
(m_bBUFF[START_CODE_LEN+4] &0x4))

Also when i print the multiplexing rate it is being outputted as '0'.

I request you to kindly help me out in this.
