   You may pass a "prefix" or "eprefix" to the configure script of your
 libraries and "make install" will copy the libraries files somewhere
 where you have write access. See --prefix and --exec-prefix options of
 libdvbpsi's configure.

   Another alternative option is not to install the libraries, and to
 pass the path to the directory where you compiled them to the configure
 script _of vls_. See --with-dvbpsi and --with-dvbpsi-tree option of
 vls' configure.
