Exactly.

Well at the moment VLS can't send a PS stream. PS output format requires
a lot of time to implement because VLS was first designed on the TS
format.

I have a question: for what purpose do you need a PS output format. The
question looks stupid (the answer should be "why not ?") but I'm
interested in your own answer.
